We specialize in bringing innovative products and programs to market while providing exceptional operational execution and customer support. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Commercial Operations Manager to help bridge the gap between Sales, Purchasing, Operations, Merchandising, and our customers to ensure successful customer launches and ongoing account execution.

Position Summary

The Commercial Operations Manager will serve as the primary cross-functional coordinator responsible for managing customer onboarding, product launches, implementation projects, and ongoing customer operational support after a sale is made.

This role acts as the internal "project manager" between departments to ensure launches are executed successfully, timelines are met, merchandising materials are delivered, inventory is ready, onboarding requirements are completed, and communication remains consistent throughout the process.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys solving problems, and can manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Launch & Implementation

  • Manage all operational aspects of new customer onboarding and product launches
  • Coordinate launch timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Serve as the primary internal point of coordination once a sale is finalized
  • Ensure customer onboarding requirements and vendor setup documentation are completed accurately and timely
  • Maintain regular communication with internal teams and customers regarding launch status and updates

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Operations, and Merchandising teams to execute customer initiatives
  • Coordinate ordering of products, merchandising racks, signage, displays, and promotional materials
  • Ensure inventory and operational readiness for launches and promotions
  • Coordinate retail merchandising schedules and store support activities when needed

Account & Project Management

  • Handle operational projects, customer requests, and issue resolution within existing accounts
  • Support ongoing customer initiatives and ensure execution standards are maintained
  • Identify and proactively resolve communication or execution gaps between departments

Reporting & Sales Optimization

  • Review sales and performance reporting to identify opportunities for improvement within chain accounts
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to improve execution and maximize performance
  • Track launch performance, project timelines, and operational follow-through

Process Improvement

  • Help improve onboarding, launch, and communication workflows
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve internal coordination
  • Assist in developing scalable systems and operational best practices

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and project management skills
