A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CIVIL PROGRAM MANAGER

A day in the life of a CEI Program Manager in Bentonville starts with a deep dive into national account metrics, where you review forecast data, track work-in-progress, and approve pre-billing forms and invoices to keep multi-project budgets tightly aligned. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CIVIL PROGRAM MANAGER

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, landscape architecture, or equivalent training/experience
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3D, and Microsoft office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Strong sense of personal initiative and drive to meet client expectations
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to occasionally travel by air or automobile
  • Ability to regularly work long hours
