Engagement Manager II - Service Delivery - Remote
The Select Group is seeking an Engagement Manager II to independently own and execute a portfolio of client engagements, bringing a project and program management discipline to scope, schedule, budget, and risk. The EM II serves as the primary point of contact for assigned engagements - leading delivery, monitoring account health, and partnering cross-functionally so clients realize ongoing value from our services.

  • Experience establishing and tracking SOW Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Comfort partnering on performance management and productivity improvement with TSG's engagement consulting teams.

Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary engagement contact, independently managing the full relationship cycle from onboarding through renewal.
  • Own and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), presenting value delivered and aligning future priorities.
  • Build trust with client leadership and become the go-to contact for engagement-related matters.
  • Navigate difficult conversations independently, including scope concerns, performance issues, or delays.
  • Tailor communication style and approach based on stakeholder personalities and preferences.

Technology & Systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with CRM and project management platforms.
  • Strong data management skills with commitment to data integrity.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from standard reports to inform decision-making.

  • Own project and program health across scope, schedule, budget, and risk for an assigned portfolio of engagements.
  • Serve as the centralized point of contact for client stakeholders.
  • Conduct client engagement kickoffs and lead regular status update cadences.
  • Facilitate project team calls and/or stand-ups.
  • Monitor weekly work plans, overall utilization, and deliverable completion.
  • Own financial oversight and analysis (utilization against forecast, budget reporting).
  • Drive client engagement outcomes to align with the SOW.
  • Capture project status details and prepare client reporting.
  • Establish and track SOW Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance and operational KPIs.
  • Support performance management and productivity improvement with TSG's engagement consulting teams.
  • Identify key risks and issues and drive corresponding mitigation plans requiring client or leadership attention.

Key Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Project/Program Management, Engagement Management, or Customer Success, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent client engagements.
  • Experience with project planning, scheduling, and resource management; formal project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar) is a plus but not required.
  • Comfort owning financial tracking for client engagements, including utilization against forecast, budget reporting, and margin health.
