The Opportunity:

You understand your customer's environment and how to develop the right systems for their mission. Your ability to translate real-world needs into technical specifications makes you an integral part of delivering a customer focused engineering solution.
As a Program Integrator on our team, you have the chance to support the design and implementation of space-based capabilities to deliver resilient, affordable, and sustainable space systems. Your technical expertise will be vital as you evaluate and modernize the Global Positioning Systems (GPS) enterprise. You'll develop your skills in acquiring PNT capabilities for future capability insertion opportunities by developing acquisition strategies, executing contract actions, managing stakeholder relationships, and developing acquisition milestone products. You Have:
  • 7+ years of experience with DoD acquisition systems, program management, and business operations
  • Experience developing and executing DoD acquisition strategies and key milestones
  • Experience managing strategic stakeholder relationships across Space Force systems and organizations
  • Experience developing integrated plans and schedules, developing decision briefings, and managing risks for space programs
  • Experience with collaboration tools, including Confluence or Jira
  • Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional team meetings and task execution across contracts, budgets, and engineering teams
  • Ability to be highly motivated, display a dynamic work ethic, and contribute to the DoD mission
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • 10+ years of experience in DoD acquisition
  • Experience with Adaptive Acquisition Framework
  • Experience with technical writing for program or systems engineering documentation
  • Knowledge of GPS space, ground, or user segment
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Master's degree
  • PMP, ESEP/CSEP, or OCSMP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
