Our detox center is designed to support clients as they embark on their recovery journey, and you will connect with clients through telehealth options. • Provide specialized therapy to individuals, couples, or families, employing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Conduct thorough psycho-social assessments to identify presenting issues and construct personalized treatment plans with defined, measurable goals.
• Respond to crisis situations with empathy and professionalism, employing crisis intervention techniques as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all clinic policies by documenting services accurately and timely, adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, case managers, and nursing staff—to ensure comprehensive and unified care for all clients.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions, case reviews, and supervision meetings to further develop your clinical skills and enhance service delivery.
• Stay current with therapeutic modalities and emerging best practices to sustain excellence in client treatment.

This role primarily involves working with clients who are navigating the complexities of detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders. You'll support individuals facing mental health challenges ranging from anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, to significant relationship issues and life transitions. The role requires a sensitivity to the unique vulnerabilities and strengths of each client, advocating for their holistic recovery within a trauma-informed care framework.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• An active LCSW license in Tennessee or eligibility for licensure within 90 days of hire.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in therapy, particularly within an outpatient or detox context.
• Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care approaches.
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills coupled with the ability to create effective therapeutic interventions.

• Experience in a detox or addiction recovery environment, preferably working with a diverse demographic of clients.
• Previous engagement with treatment planning within multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and tracking patient progress.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside performance-based incentives.
