Account Executive – English Language Solutions (Remote)
Remote (U.S.) | Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
Help School Districts Improve Outcomes for English Learners
ELL Pro, an Intervene K-12 company, is transforming how school districts support English Learners (ELs) and Multilingual Learners (MLLs). Our technology helps educators identify student needs, monitor progress, and deliver meaningful instructional support that drives measurable results.
We're looking for a driven bi-lingual (English and Spanish) Account Executive who thrives on building new relationships, opening doors, and closing business. If you're a true hunter who enjoys consultative selling, virtual presentations, and exceeding sales goals, we'd like to hear from you.
This is a fully remote position with a national territory.
What You'll Do
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities with K-12 school districts and educational organizations
  • Build relationships with Superintendents, Curriculum Directors, Federal Programs Directors, ESL Coordinators, and Multilingual Program Leaders
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, webinars, referrals, and conferences
  • Schedule and lead virtual discovery meetings
  • Deliver engaging software demonstrations tailored to district needs
  • Prepare customized proposals and negotiate contracts
  • Manage your sales pipeline in HubSpot
  • Consistently achieve activity, pipeline, and revenue goals
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience
  • Proven success prospecting and closing new business
  • Hunter mentality with strong follow-up discipline
  • Fully bi-lingual in English and Spanish to effectively engage with our customer population, schools, and stakeholders.
  • Experience selling software, SaaS, HR technology, payroll, healthcare technology, pharmaceutical products, or other consultative solutions preferred
  • Comfortable conducting virtual presentations and demos
  • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

Education experience is not required.
