Job Summary:
This role is responsible for defining and executing comprehensive program strategies, ensuring the successful delivery of complex initiatives. You will drive proactive risk mitigation, manage change effectively, and oversee all aspects of program execution from planning to completion. The position demands excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align diverse teams and achieve program objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic program charters and detailed work plans.
  • Track and manage program progress, risks, and changes.
  • Design and implement communication and training strategies.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to Service Level Objectives for issue resolution.
  • Facilitate meetings and produce detailed progress reports.
