This remote position allows you the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from your preferred location while still being an integral part of a dedicated team working within the Detox Center. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that encompass realistic goals and interventions tailored to each client's recovery journey.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and addiction specialists to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk management services, conducting safety planning as required to address immediate mental health concerns.
• Document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes maintaining compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Facilitate psycho-education classes, support groups, and workshops aimed at enhancing clients' coping skills and resilience.

Your primary clientele will include individuals in the detoxification process, facing challenges such as substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health issues, and trauma-related concerns. By offering empathic support and evidence-based treatment approaches, you will empower clients to foster resilience and improve their overall quality of life as they transition into recovery.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program, with strong foundational knowledge in mental health practices.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), demonstrating your commitment to ethical practice and professional development.
• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting, showcasing your ability to engage with diverse client populations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills that facilitate building rapport with clients and collaboration with team members.

• Experience working with clients in the detox or addiction recovery setting, particularly with evidence-based treatment modalities related to substance use and mental health.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation processes relevant to treatment planning.
• Skills in conducting group therapy and psycho-educational sessions aimed at enhancing recovery skills.
