Although the majority of your duties will be conducted remotely, occasional evenings or weekends may be necessary to accommodate special events and programs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, utilizing methodical interviewing and assessment procedures.
• Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions that employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized service plans that align with their individual goals and objectives.
• Actively advocate for clients' rights, ensuring their access to critical resources while addressing complex social justice issues.
• Contribute to the development, evaluation, and reporting of programs aimed at improving service delivery and community outcomes.
• Work closely with community organizations, local government agencies, and volunteers to expand and enhance our outreach efforts.
• Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and community outreach activities to stay informed and engaged in best practices.

You will work predominantly with diverse populations, including individuals and families facing mental health challenges, trauma, grief, and social barriers. By applying a trauma-informed care approach, you will not only support clients in crisis but also empower them to navigate their paths toward recovery and resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Must possess active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide therapeutic services legally.
• Solid understanding of social justice principles, advocacy strategies, trauma-informed care, and available community resources.
• Exceptional communication, empathy, and organizational skills are essential for effective client interaction and case management.

• Previous experience working in a nonprofit organization or similar setting is preferred and can enhance understanding of systemic challenges.
• Familiarity with community organizing, resource mobilization, and program evaluation will be advantageous.

The salary range for this position is between USD 75,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we are pleased to offer a sign-on bonus to eligible candidates.
