As a remote position within a community health clinic framework, you will work from home while engaging with clients through telehealth platforms. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, and utilize findings to guide treatment plans.
• Provide individualized counseling and support to clients facing a myriad of challenges, utilizing an evidence-based therapeutic approach tailored to their unique situations.
• Facilitate group counseling sessions, fostering a supportive environment that encourages sharing and growth among participants.

• Advocate for clients' rights and access to necessary resources, serving as a liaison between clients and community services.
• Contribute to the ongoing development, evaluation, and reporting processes of programs aimed at addressing and alleviating social issues.

• Participate in regular team meetings, ongoing training sessions, and community outreach initiatives to maintain strong team cohesion and professional development.

Your efforts will primarily focus on a diverse clientele, including individuals and families experiencing mental health challenges, trauma, and socio-economic difficulties. You will work directly with populations that may include low-income families, individuals navigating complex life challenges, and those seeking to improve their mental and emotional well-being. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to empathize and establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Well-organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote working environment.

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a nonprofit or community health setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in delivering individual and group therapy sessions, specifically with at-risk populations.
• Familiarity with community resources and services available in Brockton and surrounding areas.
• Experience with program development, evaluation, and the grant reporting process.
