• Facilitate virtual individual and group therapy sessions, using a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the clients' unique needs.
• Develop and adjust comprehensive treatment plans, regularly evaluating client progress and making modifications as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain consistent communication with a collaborative remote team, including educators and other mental health professionals, to ensure continuity of care and integrated support for clients.
• Document client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral health concerns and determine appropriate intervention strategies.

This role primarily focuses on school-aged children and adolescents, providing critical mental health support not only to students but also to their families. By working within the educational environment, the LICSW will help identify emotional and social challenges that may hinder academic success and overall development, enabling proactive and preventive strategies that foster mental well-being.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts.
