This position offers a remote work arrangement, allowing the ideal candidate to work from their preferred location within the Southeast region.
SCOPE
Responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving Commercial Property Damage claims involving fleet and commercial risks while delivering timely, fair, and compliant claim outcomes.
DUTIES
  • Investigate PD claims, liability, coverage and damages.
  • Review policies, endorsements and combined single limit exposures.
  • Obtain statements, police reports, medical records and repair documentation.
  • Evaluate injury severity, vehicle damages and total loss exposures.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate reserves.
  • Negotiate settlements within authority.
  • Communicate with insureds, claimants, attorneys and vendors.
  • Maintain quality documentation and compliance.
  • Experience handling coverage for Commercial vehicles up to 25,000 lbs. and 1-10 vehicle fleets.
  • Strong reserving knowledge (must have).

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Active Florida Adjuster License required.
  • Minimum 3 years of Commercial Auto Property Damage claims handling experience required.
  • Experience handling Florida claims preferred.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Guidewire knowledge preferred.
