As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will engage in a variety of essential functions inclusive of but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments aimed at identifying the needs of children and families.
• Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), fostering collaboration with families to promote child development.
• Monitoring outcomes regularly to measure progress and ensure adherence to intervention strategies, adjusting plans based on evolving family needs.
• Providing family support and education, equipping parents with strategies and tools to enhance their child’s development within natural learning environments.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and adhering to federal and state regulations to maintain the highest standards of care.
• Building strong rapport with children, families, and team members to create a supportive, healthy, and trusting environment conducive to learning.

In this role, you will focus on assisting young children—specifically babies and toddlers experiencing developmental delays and disabilities—during a critical period of their growth. Your engagements will directly influence the development of their cognitive, emotional, social, and physical skills, ultimately guiding families through this vital stage of development.

To thrive in this role, candidates are required to meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is mandatory; a Master’s degree or Doctorate is preferred.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a valid driver’s license.
• A minimum of one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a diverse caseload effectively.
• Demonstrable ability to adapt to various learning styles and individual treatment plans, enhancing engagement with children and families.
• Commitment to integrating Natural Learning Environment Practices into all facets of service delivery.
