• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to formulate individualized therapy plans tailored to client needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of clinical practice.
• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute well-rounded treatment strategies that address the holistic needs of clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and training programs to remain knowledgeable about the latest advancements in mental health practices.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at North East Alliance Health Systems, you will serve a diverse client population, including individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your work will directly impact those who have limited access to care, enabling them to navigate their issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. By providing tailored support, you will foster resilience and empower clients to achieve their personal goals.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical guidelines governing mental health practices.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma-focused counseling is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software to streamline documentation and patient management.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate rapport-building with diverse client populations.
• A proven track record of collaborating effectively within a healthcare team to support coordinated patient care.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
