You will have access to a dedicated Counselor portal that simplifies appointment scheduling, client management, and billing, enabling you to devote more of your time to client care. As we offer unlimited referrals, you will be seamlessly connected to clients who align with your specialty and preferred demographics.

• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions with stable, low-acuity adults, focusing on their social and emotional needs.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental, emotional, and physical states to inform treatment planning.
• Develop, implement, and adjust customized treatment plans utilizing solution-focused therapeutic strategies.
• Consistently monitor client progress, adjusting interventions as necessary while maintaining clear and empathetic communication.
• Empower clients with strategies and skills to foster coping mechanisms aimed at achieving therapeutic goals.

The primary focus of your work will be with adults dealing with low-acuity concerns, many of whom may be experiencing challenging emotional states due to terminal illness. You will be instrumental in addressing their psychological needs while also providing support to their families as they navigate through this sensitive period.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid and current state license, permissible licenses include LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or PsyD.
• No limitations or provisional licenses or recent disciplinary actions will be entertained for this role.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly in hospice, palliative care, or mental health environments.
• Proven track record of managing diverse caseloads effectively with demonstrated clinical and diagnostic proficiency.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills to create a rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills displaying the ability to make informed professional evaluations and treatment recommendations.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and teletherapy software.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Besides this attractive salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
