  • DoD data systems
  • Advana or similar enterprise analytics platforms
  • Validate structured data exports to align with downstream database requirements.
  • Ensure timestamp integrity, data traceability, and duplication controls.

Governance & Sustainment

  • Provide periodic platform health assessments.
  • Recommend configuration standards and documentation practices.
  • Support transition away from fragile/manual workflows.
  • Establish resilient architecture with redundancy controls.

Technical Advisory to Program Leadership

  • Serve as escalation-level SME for complex issues.
  • Interface with Government technical stakeholders when needed.
  • Provide implementation roadmaps and technical risk assessments.
  • Support internal team upskilling and knowledge transfer.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of structured data design and database alignment
  • Ability to diagnose configuration failures and systemic process gaps

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience supporting DoD survey or analytics programs
  • Experience interfacing with Advana or similar DoD enterprise analytics environments
  • Familiarity with IL4/IL5 security environments
  • Qualtrics Certified Expert or Implementation Specialist
