Job Description

Lawrence Hall is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to join our team. This Full-Time, Fully Remote position offers an opportunity to lead and coordinate key initiatives that support our mission of empowering children, youth, and families through education, behavioural health services, workforce development, and community programs.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments and stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities


• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor project progress and adjust timelines or resources as needed.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
• Facilitate meetings, provide updates, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and reporting methods.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with leadership to align projects with organizational goals.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
• Resolve issues and remove obstacles impacting project delivery.
• Evaluate project outcomes and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes.
