Job description

Role OverviewSodexo is seeking a Director, Project Management to lead and support enterprise initiatives focused on Facilities Management (FM) procurement, purchasing, and invoicing technologies.  This role plays a critical part in advancing our procure-to-pay (P2P) ecosystem, ensuring alignment between business processes, financial requirements, and system capabilities.  You will partner closely with Finance, Supply Management, and operational stakeholders to drive transformation across ERP initiatives, including SAP-based platforms, while ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.  This is a remote, home-based role (preferred Eastern Time Zone) with primary responsibility supporting the U.S. and Canada, as well as contributing to global ERP initiatives and active client engagements.What You'll Do
  • Lead end-to-end project management for FM procurement and invoicing technology initiatives, from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing support
  • Drive P2P transformation efforts, ensuring effective integration of purchasing, invoicing, and financial processes across systems
  • Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and business segment leaders to define and translate business requirements into scalable solutions Oversee system design validation to ensure alignment with contract terms, vendor sourcing strategies, and sales/use tax requirements 
  • Manage ERP-related initiatives (including SAP and Fiori), ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement
  • Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications
  • Lead change management, training, and deployment activities to support system adoption across a multi-regional, matrixed organization 
  • Collaborate on global ERP programs, contributing to standardization and best practices across regions
  • Provide ongoing support to operational teams and new/existing contracts, ensuring systems enable efficient service delivery

What You Bring
  • Strong expertise in procure-to-pay (P2P) processes within a service-based environment, ideally Facilities Management or a related industry
  • Proven experience leading technology transformation projects across procurement, invoicing, and financial systems
  • Deep understanding of finance principles, including budgeting, P&L, GL, vendor sourcing, and contract management
  • Knowledge of sales and use tax considerations within procurement and invoicing workflows
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, Fiori, and vendor procurement platforms (e.g., Ivalua or similar tools)
  • Familiarity with work order systems/CMMS and their integration within P2P ecosystems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects in a multi-regional, matrixed organization
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence across Finance, Operations, and IT
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into scalable, technology-driven solutions
