• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, informed by comprehensive assessments and evaluations.
• Conduct initial intake assessments to establish clients' mental health needs and goals.
• Engage clients in individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards while focusing on client confidentiality.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and mental health specialists, to provide holistic and comprehensive care to each client.

Our counselors serve a wide array of clients ranging from children to adults, addressing varied mental health issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and substance use disorders. By adopting a person-centered approach, you will help clients navigate their struggles and facilitate positive change in their lives.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current and unrestricted professional licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on outpatient services preferred.
• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed practices, or substance abuse treatment is highly desirable.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
