Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, informed by comprehensive assessments and evaluations.
  • Conduct initial intake assessments to establish clients' mental health needs and goals.
  • Engage clients in individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards while focusing on client confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and mental health specialists, to provide holistic and comprehensive care to each client.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
