• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and client evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans that meet individual needs.
• Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to provide holistic care and address complex client needs.
• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies, ensuring accurate records for ongoing patient management.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through regular training and supervision, staying current with best practices in the mental health field.

Our diverse client population primarily consists of adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. As a licensed counselor at De Lucia Behavioral Health Center, you will work closely with individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds, respecting cultural differences and tailoring your approach to each client’s unique circumstances. Your work will focus on empowering clients to achieve their personal goals and improve their societal connections.

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the State of Arizona.
• A strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic practices and ethical counseling principles.

• Minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, preferably in a community mental health setting.
• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment is highly desirable.

The annual salary for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and expertise. In addition, you will receive:
