As an LCSW, you will take on a variety of responsibilities focused on enhancing patient outcomes and facilitating access to care. Your key tasks will include:

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) that resonate with each patient's unique needs.
• Maintaining thorough and compliant clinical records following HIPAA standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in managing sensitive information.
• Collaborating actively with multidisciplinary teams comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to deliver integrated care.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
