Position Information
Position Overview
The Sales Coordinator, Digital Network Development (DND), will report to the DND Sales Director and will be responsible for supporting the growth of both myClinicalExchange and Clinical Readiness solutions.
The core responsibilities include (1) Assist the Academic Coordinators at colleges and universities complete order forms, basic set-up forms, complete IT and Security reviews, and determine payment methods so that students can access clinical rotations. (2) Manage the Academic Case Queue, (3) Gain insight into the everyday challenges of an Academic Coordinator and serve as a resource for simple questions and/or basic user tips and training, (4) uncover opportunities to introduce the Clinical Student Edition portfolio and route SQLs to the HigherEd Solution Executive, and (5) uncover the hospitals outside of the mCE community who would benefit from joining the mCE community and route those SQLs to the appropriate mCE Solution Executive..
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for adhering to all HealthStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training.
  • Process order forms for existing academic customers who need to add mCE programs.
  • Participate in team meetings and huddles
  • Work closely with the sales team and the Digital Network Development (DND) Business Development Representative (BDR) to ensure BDR initiatives are on track in coordination with sales, marketing, and product management.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing to ensure sales needs are being supported, i.e. coordination of webinars, ensuring demo site tools are current and effective, coordinating product update calls with Account Management teams, etc.
  • Work with product management and marketing to coordinate successful use of our Consensus demo tool.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
  • Associate degree in business or within a clinical discipline
  • BS or BA degree desired
  • 2-5 years of work experience
  • Salesforce Lightning
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, & Word specifically)
  • Microsoft Outlook & Teams

Qualifications
  • Ideal candidate will also have experience with the tasks of an Academic Coordinator.
  • Understanding the various responsibilities of an Academic Coordinator
  • Effective communication to hold the customer mutually accountable for completing the tasks necessary for students to conduct clinical rotations.

Compensation
  • The salary range for this position is $20.00 - $22.30 hourly (roughly $40,160 - $46,384) with an OTE of roughly $52,208 - $60,299 after quarterly KPI bonus if achieved. Salary will be determined on the candidate's level of experience and qualifications. Compensation will be commensurate with skills, relevant experience, and performance in similar roles.
