Job Summary
Client is seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong Insurance industry background and hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners to define product vision, prioritize requirements, and drive successful delivery of Salesforce-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and manage product roadmap, vision, and backlog for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud initiatives.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements.

  • Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.

  • Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams.

  • Drive Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Ensure solutions align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status effectively.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related role.

  • Strong Insurance domain experience (Property & Casualty, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, or Commercial Insurance).

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
