Summary:

The Payables Product Management team is seeking a strategic, market-focused Senior Product Manager to support Huntington's Payables Product Managers, with responsibility for ACH, Wire Transfer, and Instant Payments products. Reporting to the Payables Product Segment Manager, this role is well suited for a candidate with Treasury Management experience in Sales, Operations, Technology, or Servicing who is interested in expanding into Product Management. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of payment solutions, user needs, and business priorities, while collaborating with stakeholders to help shape product strategy, manage risk, and drive meaningful outcomes for Huntington Bank and our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The individual in this role will support the ACH, Wire Transfer and Instant Payments Payables Product Group Managers with essential functions including vendor management, strategic planning, market research, performance metrics (KPI/KRI) and product financials along with other duties as assigned..

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of Treasury Management and/or Project Management experience
  • 2+ years experience with ACH, Wire Transfer, and Instant Payments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree
  • Strong leadership skills
  • A good collaborator that can work directly with stakeholders including Operations, Sales, Information Technology, Risk Management, Service & Onboarding and others
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to overcome obstacles
  • A good communicator for internal and external discussions.
  • Able to provide clear, concise direction on the objectives and processes to move projects forward, solve for challenges and proactively escalate as needed.
  • Ability to develop working relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to use metrics to track product performance and guide decisions
  • CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or AAP (Accredited ACH Professional)
  • 5 years of Treasury Management Product Management experience
  • Self-starter who develops plans and is committed to hitting delivery dates
  • Payments Product Management or Delivery Experience
  • Ability to define product strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities
  • Experience Building and managing product roadmaps based on market data and measurable business outcomes

Compensation Range:

Total Base Pay Range 70,000.00 - 140,000.00 USD Annual

The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
