The Sr. Product Manager, AI/Digital for myMako sits at the forefront of transforming orthopaedic care through intelligent, connected digital solutions. This role owns the downstream experience of a high-impact AI-enabled product, driving how it is positioned, experienced, and adopted by surgeons, hospitals, and field teams.
This Marketer brings the product to life translating complex capabilities into a clear, differentiated value proposition that fuels adoption, engagement, and long-term advocacy. Through sharp storytelling, consistent branding, and agile, insight-driven messaging, the role ensures myMako digital solutions resonate at every touchpoint.
Working cross-functionally across product, commercial, clinical, and marketing teams, this position plays a pivotal role in activating the market equipping customers and sales teams to understand, adopt, and champion the solution. The role also leads direct digital engagement within the Mako Digital Experience, leveraging in-platform marketing and analytics to continuously optimize how users interact with and realize value from the product.
Beyond execution, this role helps shape the future of digital engagement designing strategies that deepen customer connection, accelerate utilization, and evolve with market and user needs. By owning both the narrative and the experience, this position drives meaningful impact at scale, advancing the adoption of AI-powered innovation across the orthopaedic ecosystem.
The preferred candidate will be located in Mahwah, NJ, Weston, FL, Kalamazoo, MI or Menlo Park, CA.
What you will do:
• Responsible for the downstream product, program, or portfolio strategy
• Interpret competitive landscape and incorporate into marketing strategy
• Author key strategy documents: annual marketing plan, and product launch plans
• Deploy resources to measure, monitor, and direct changes to marketing strategy to drive customer engagement
• Drive segmentation and targeting methods to improve commercial efficiency
• Establish metrics and goals/success criteria and milestones
• Conduct post-launch analysis and implements lessons learned
• Forecast sales while considering the market, product, and other valuable factors
• Demonstrate financial acumen
• Mentor, develop and influence across the business, intentionally building cross-divisional relationships
• Develop key relationships with industry/market thought leaders, organizations, and institutions, and translate business insights into future business strategy
• Routinely make decisions which may affect immediate operations and have a divisional impact
What you will need:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 6+ years of work experience required
Preferred:
• MBA preferred
• 3+ years medical device, med tech and/or marketing experience preferred
• Experience with healthcare technology platforms, digital health solutions, and customer-facing healthcare tools preferred

  • US30: $133,400 - $222,300 USD Annual
