Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Analyst to support a Business Requirements and Capabilities Team within a complex Agile delivery environment. This individual will serve as the primary liaison and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Coordinator for one or more Product Teams, partnering closely with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined, validated, prioritized, and successfully delivered.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and coordination skills, with experience operating within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment. This role requires someone who can effectively bridge business and technical teams, facilitate collaboration across multiple workstreams, coordinate Agile ceremonies and meetings, manage schedules and dependencies, and ensure business needs are represented throughout the delivery lifecycle.
