DCX Client Services - Home-Based Product Enablement Data Entry Specialist

The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Product Enablement Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for supporting the setup, enrichment, and maintenance of ecommerce product data across NetSuite, BigCommerce, OMG, and related internal systems. Will help prepare product data for system setup, validate required fields, maintain shared files in SharePoint, support product uploads, and audit product information across NetSuite, OMG, and the ecommerce website.

What You Will Do
  • Enter, review, and maintain product data in NetSuite, OMG, spreadsheets, and related product enablement tools.
  • Prepare and update bulk product upload templates, ensuring all required fields are completed accurately before submission.
  • Support new product setup workflows, including base item data, variant data, imprint information, pricing-related fields, product attributes, categorization, weights, MOQ, setup charges, production lead times, and preferred vendor details.
  • Review Jira tickets and internal requests to gather required product setup information.
  • Validate product data against source files, tickets, SOPs, saved searches, and system requirements.
  • Assist with product enrichment workflows, including preparing import-ready CSV files and coordinating data needed for product images, AI-generated content, SEO copy, merchandising review, and website enablement.
  • Flag incomplete, inconsistent, or missing data to the appropriate internal team members.
  • Save, organize, and maintain product setup and import files in designated SharePoint folders.
  • Support post-upload audits by checking that product data has been uploaded correctly in NetSuite, BigCommerce, OMG, Nsync, and showing up correctly on the website.
  • Follow documented SOPs for product setup, product data cleanup, PCv2 enablement, Nsync checks, and frontend website audits.
  • Communicate clearly when uploads, reviews, or assigned data tasks are complete, and escalate discrepancies or blockers when needed.
Essential Functions
  • Accurately enter and update large volumes of product information across multiple systems and spreadsheets.
  • Use Excel or Google Sheets to review, clean, sort, filter, and validate product data.
  • Follow detailed written instructions, SOPs, templates, and checklists without skipping steps.
  • Work in SharePoint and Confluence to access, organize, save, and maintain product data files.
  • Review product setup requests in Jira and translate request details into structured product data.
  • Support NetSuite, BigCommerce and OMG product setup by ensuring product information is complete, clean, and ready for import or system entry.
  • Check for missing fields, duplicate information, incorrect values, formatting issues, and inconsistencies across product records.
  • Perform detailed audits of product records and website product pages to confirm data accuracy after sync or upload.
  • Maintain strong documentation habits so product files, import files, and audit notes are easy to locate and understand.
  • Coordinate with Ecommerce, IT, Merchandising, Creative, Copy, SEO, and other internal teams when required product information is missing or needs correction.
What We Look For
  • Education: College degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in data entry, ecommerce operations, product data management, administrative support, catalog management, or a similar detail-oriented role.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Experience using SharePoint, OneDrive, or similar shared document management tools.
  • Experience with NetSuite, OMG, BigCommerce, Jira.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce product data, including SKUs, variants, product images, categories, item weights, MOQs, setup charges, production lead times, and vendor information.
  • Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:
  • Experience supporting product onboarding, product enrichment, or catalog data cleanup.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills, including comfort with sorting, filtering, copying data between templates, reviewing columns, and identifying missing or inconsistent information.
