This role translates performance trends into clear, actionable recommendations that strengthen outcomes across our consumer products portfolio, partnering closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to support both Deposit Products (checking/savings/certificates) and Consumer Lending Products (credit card, home, vehicle, and personal loans) through reporting, KPI measurement, and opportunity sizing. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re energized by cross-team collaboration and motivated by making a measurable impact on customers.
