The iCare Program is a strategic initiative within the Digital Patient Experience Team, aimed at transforming Patient Support Services (PSS) through the development of a common digital ecosystem across Sanofi brands. iCare Exchange is the heart of the iCare Patient relationship management platform, supporting Sanofi Patient Programs with 49 vendor partners and 112 integrations (API, Batch & App Exchange).

The Digital Proxy Product Analyst iCare Exchange is responsible for supporting the Digital Product team to develop a robust Integration Ecosystem, partnering with US therapeutic areas, collaborating with Product Owners on roadmap planning and analytics through Agile methodology (either through internal resources and/or external partnerships), and business impact measurement.

Strong collaboration and a deep understanding of stakeholder needs will be critical to ensure iCare supports the requirements of relevant cross-functional business partners in an efficient manner. The ideal candidate must be solution-oriented, operationally savvy, creative, highly organized, flexible, and adept at working with multiple matrix teams, including external vendors.

Main Responsibilities

  • Participating in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

  • Authoring of User Stories according to industry standards

  • Work closely with Scrum Masters and development teams to ensure smooth sprint execution

  • Clarify requirements and answer questions from the development team throughout the sprint

  • Review completed work against acceptance criteria and approve story completion

  • Create and maintain Jira dashboards to track project progress, team velocity, and key metrics

  • Develop reports and visualizations for stakeholders at various levels

  • Monitor sprint burndown charts, release burnup charts, and other Agile metrics

  • Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements

  • Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions

  • Conduct gap analysis between current and desired future states

  • Document business processes using appropriate modelling techniques (BPMN, flowcharts, etc.)

  • Prepare metrics and KPIs to ensure successful execution of integration services and business value

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required - preferably in Engineering or Computer Science; advanced degree (MS, MBA) preferred

About You

  • 5+ years of total professional experience in Business Analysis, of which at least 3+ years must include integration experience (AWS, Informatica, Layer 7, Salesforce technologies) and at least 2+ years must be in pharmaceutical or biotech industry

  • Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

  • Excellent user story writing skills with attention to detail

  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence (both required)

  • Working knowledge of integration technologies (AWS, Informatica, Layer 7, Salesforce technologies)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Business acumen and business partnering skills

  • Application design and integration knowledge

  • Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
