Responsibilities • Connect ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and Power BI • Enable end-to-end visibility from intake to delivery • Reduce duplication and manual effort • Create a single view of portfolio work • Align tools to support prioritization, sequencing, and delivery governance • Improve visibility into dependencies, risks, and progress • Embed agile workflows through consistent tool usage • Introduce AI into intake, reporting, and planning to improve decisions • Deliver simple, high-value solutions such as copilots for intake, reporting, and analysis • Implement automated workflows or agents • Enable AI-driven insights and dashboards • Improve tools to support planning, roadmaps, and execution tracking • Drive team adoption of tools and AI • Provide training, templates, and job aids • Coach teams on applying tools in real scenarios • Increase consistency and self-service usage • Partner across Product, PMO, and Technology • Communicate clear, practical solutions • Continuously improve based on feedback

Requirements • Experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Power BI, or similar tools • Experience improving workflow from intake to delivery • Hands-on experience with tool configuration, automation, or AI tools • Strong enablement, communication, and simplification skills

Qualifications • Agile / Lean certifications (e.g., SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management, PMP) • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting/visualization tools • Experience with low-code / no-code platforms or workflow automation tools • Foundational AI certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals or similar) • Experience building or experimenting with AI agents, copilots, or automation frameworks • Background in change management or capability development
