Job description

Let's Tango. Where Innovation Meets Impact. At Tango Analytics, we're all about helping businesses make smarter decisions through powerful technology, insightful data, and a whole lot of collaboration.

Whether you're a creative thinker, a strategic planner, a tech wizard, or a customer champion, there's a place for you on our team. We believe work should be meaningful and fun - so if you're ready to make a difference while enjoying the journey, come join us and let's Tango. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic and growing Product team.

Key Responsibilities: Own a product area end-to-end - discovery, roadmap, prioritization, specs, and delivery for enterprise workflows in real estate transactions, lease analysis, portfolio management, or facilities operations. Run continuous discovery with enterprise customers - interviews, data analysis, and competitive checks - and translate findings into prioritized roadmap decisions grounded in evidence. Write clear, well-scoped product specs in an AI-assisted development process.

AI tools accelerate the work; you own the judgment, prioritization, and product decisions. Navigate platform modernization constraints - make sharp trade-off calls between reducing legacy debt and delivering new value while preserving the data models and business rules that make the product a system of record. Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success.

Scope, sequencing, and trade-off decisions are yours to make and communicate. Connect product work to business outcomes - retention, expansion, annual recurring revenue. Articulate why roadmap decisions matter to the business, not just to the user.

Engage directly with enterprise stakeholders - VP- and Director-level customers managing tens of billions in real estate spend - to validate priorities and maintain ongoing customer relationships. About You: 5+ years in product management with end-to-end ownership of a product area in a B2B SaaS environment; enterprise SaaS experience strongly preferred. Proven ability to partner with Engineering without translation - reads data models, evaluates technical trade-offs, and writes specs with enough precision for engineers to execute confidently.

Track record of running discovery as a discipline: maintains a customer interview cadence, synthesizes findings into roadmap decisions, and can show traceable impact on what got built. Experience with complex enterprise workflows - multi-step, data-dense, multi-persona systems where operational consequences are real. Real estate, facilities, lease administration, or adjacent enterprise SaaS domains preferred.

Operates in an AI-native workflow - uses AI tools as a core part of how they work (synthesis, research, spec writing) and brings a point of view on how AI-assisted product practice should operate. Strong prioritization instinct: can make sharp trade-off calls between legacy debt reduction and new value creation within a platform modernization context. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with finite timelines and resource constraints - understands how roadmap decisions connect to retention, expansion, and company value.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - or equivalent experience. What We Offer We're committed to creating an environment where you can thrive-professionally and personally. Our offerings include: Competitive Compensation We recognize and reward your contributions with a salary package that reflects your value.

Comprehensive Benefits Including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, and generous paid time off to support your well-being. Flexible Work Environment Whether remote, hybrid, or in-office, we support work arrangements that promote productivity and balance. Inclusive & Collaborative Culture We foster a workplace where diverse perspectives are valued, teamwork is encouraged, and everyone has a voice.

Tango is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to equal opportunity regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, parental status, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, disability, or veteran status.
