• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to effectively evaluate clients' mental health states and identify their specific needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies, aiming for measurable outcomes in client progress.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques that resonate with clients from different backgrounds and experiences.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse client population presenting with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. • A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field. A Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• Evidence of specialized training or substantial experience within mental health counseling, enabling you to address complex cases effectively.

• Previous experience in an outpatient mental health setting is a significant advantage, demonstrating familiarity with the challenges of diverse populations.

• Advanced competence in utilizing electronic health records and teletherapy platforms to deliver care efficiently.
