Please note: This role involves significant travel during peak travel season (February-October).

We are seeking a Technical Consultant to support a dedicated client. This role may be based in any major hub city (e.g., Chicago, Dallas, Phoenix, Denver) and partner closely with the client's Global Health & Safety team to assess and continuously improve safety standards, processes, and practices to reduce risk. The ideal candidate brings strong relationship management, service delivery expertise, customer focus, and technical proficiency. The position is fully remote and requires approximately 75% travel to customer locations to complete safety assessments during the travel season.

Job Description:

Account Service: Partner with Health & Safety, Operations, and Engineering to evaluate the global safety management system, recommend improvements, and develop action plans to reduce risk.

Leadership: Collaborate, influence, and inspire others to achieve shared goals through mentoring, coaching, and continuous personal and professional growth.

Continuous Improvement: Apply a growth mindset to continually enhance work quality and service delivery through collaboration and innovation.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain trusted relationships across customer organizations to influence outcomes and support business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with coursework in math, engineering or related areas (or equivalent) and at least 5 years of directly related consulting experience in loss prevention or progressive safety/heath field.
  • Candidates are typically working towards (or obtained) an advanced degree and/or professional certification in one or more of the following areas: CSP, ARM, CRM, CPCU, CIH, or CPE.
  • Advanced knowledge, skills and experience in a specialized field, service planning and delivery, risk assessment, risk analysis, solutions management and progress measurement.
  • Fully effective interpersonal, writing and other communication skills required to develop and maintain relationships with customers, peers, and industry contacts.
  • Demonstrated ability to retrieve and enter information using various proprietary software applications and create/modify documents and complex spreadsheets using Microsoft Office suite.
  • Position requires regular travel.
