• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations through in-depth interviews to effectively identify clients' mental health needs and craft individualized therapy plans.
• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions focusing on a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders.
• Lead couples and family therapy sessions aimed at resolving communication barriers and improving relationship dynamics, facilitating deeper understanding among clients.
• Design and implement personalized treatment strategies that set clear therapeutic goals and actionable interventions, tailored specifically to the client's unique circumstances.
• Provide crisis intervention when clients are faced with immediate mental health challenges, employing evidence-based techniques to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, equipping them with effective coping strategies and access to community resources for additional support and growth.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and ongoing evaluations, in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and legal requirements, ensuring confidentiality and informed consent throughout the counseling process.

In this role, you will work with a varied client base that includes individuals grappling with stress, anxiety, and depression, as well as couples and families navigating relationship challenges. • Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• Demonstrated clinical experience in a counseling environment, showcasing proficiency in handling multifaceted mental health concerns.

• Prior experience working with a multicultural population and employing culturally responsive approaches to therapy.

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
