As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at MyPsyche, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and coping resources.
• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.
• Developing, implementing, and regularly updating individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic and coordinated care.
• Offering crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans as necessary.
• Facilitating psychoeducation classes, group therapy, and support groups to empower clients with knowledge and coping strategies.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all client information is handled with the utmost confidentiality.

Our primary client base consists of students from diverse backgrounds, each facing unique mental health challenges. As a Clinical Social Worker, you will be instrumental in providing tailored interventions that address issues ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral concerns and trauma responses. To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proficient knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and treatment methodologies.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment abilities, with a strong capacity to build rapport with clients and their families.
