• Conduct initial assessments and thorough evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect each client’s goals and emotional state.
• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions suitable for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring the highest standard of care.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, with each plan crafted to address specific client needs.
• Collaborate with a comprehensive multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide holistic care and coordinated treatment efforts.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records, in compliance with ethical standards and local legal requirements to ensure client confidentiality and safety.
• Engage in continual professional development, participating in workshops and training to stay updated on the latest advancements within the field of mental health counseling.

The mental health counselor will primarily work with a diverse population of clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.
