We are expanding our SaaS solution offerings with a suite of digital products comprises of Quality Management System (QMS), Document Management System (DMS), and Training Management system (TMS). We help life science companies ensure regulated and high-quality product development compliance with ISO and the FDA with digital processes, electronic signatures, data management, and real-time analytics. 


This Position is Work form Home - Remote Position for All USA location only.

We are looking for people who are driven and love the challenge of launching a new brand into the market. In this role you will enjoy leading the sales efforts for North America working closely with product marketing, product management, and the executive team to continue to build out our unique value proposition. You will bring a sense of urgency that will drive new logos for the business.


Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new business to build and manage a sustained pipeline of opportunities
  • Navigate through complex negotiations at the executive level
  • Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players, and build a sustainable pipeline to achieve the company’s objectives
  • Create a solution sales environment that will build a strong ROI for the customer
  • Using strong presentation skills deliver presentations that communicate the value of Compliance Group’s IQuality solution
  • Manage a healthy pipeline logging accurate data and forecasts accurately using our CRM
  • Achieve and exceed set quotas and KPI targets quarterly and annually
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams: Presales, Services, Marketing and Product Management to insure consistency in our sales messaging and focus
  • Attend industry events, sales and product trainings and webinars to continue to refine and expand product knowledge, sales methodology and skills
  • Leverage sales tools and digital content to map appropriately to the buyer’s journey


What you need to succeed

  • 3-4 years’ experience in full-cycle sales management in SaaS or medical device
  • Ability to work in a high-energy sales environment
  • Can adapt to an ever-changing market
  • Ability to sell a new solution into a highly competitive market by communicating the Compliance Group unique value proposition
  • Creative and ambitious and a passion to be in sales
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
