Overview:
OverviewThe Process Improvement Engineer II is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and optimizing operational processes within the organization to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity. Uses data-driven methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement tools to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall performance. Works closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements, monitor outcomes, and ensure the sustainability of improvements.
Support process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies for improvement.
Collect and analyze data to measure process performance, identify trends, and evaluate the impact of changes.
Work closely with department leaders and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Provide training and coaching on process improvement tools and methodologies to staff and teams.
Monitor the success of implemented process changes, ensuring sustainability and identifying further areas for improvement.
Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate process improvement findings, outcomes, and recommendations to senior management.
Education- BLD - Bachelor's Level Degree preferred
Certification/Licensure- Lean six Sigma certification Preferred
