Process engineering or business analysis, workflow automation, decision-logic decomposition, GenAI concepts (agents, RAG, tool calling), Python, APIs, AWS cloud, Databricks, cross-functional collaboration, and experience in regulated industries (healthcare/financial services).
Job Overview
Our client is driving an enterprise transformation initiative that blends process engineering, intelligent automation, and Generative AI to redesign how business workflows are built, executed, and scaled.
This role sits at the intersection of business process design and AI execution. The ideal candidate is a process-first thinker who can decompose complex workflows into decision-level logic and translate them into production-ready, GenAI-enabled solutions. This is not a prompt-engineering or model-training role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define and map end-to-end workflows
  • Break processes into explicit decision trees and executable logic
  • Assess process maturity and define automation and GenAI roadmaps
  • Translate decision logic into agentic GenAI workflows
  • Collaborate with data, platform, architecture, and security teams
  • Build and manage backlogs to move AI initiatives from pilot to production
  • Support a small pilot team defining capabilities that will scale enterprise-wide
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience in process engineering, business analysis, or workflow automation
  • Proven ability to decompose complex business processes into clear decision logic
  • Comfort working across business and technical teams
  • Exposure to Generative AI concepts (agents, RAG, tool calling)
  • Hands-on experience with Python, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
  • Experience operating in regulated environments (healthcare or financial services)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Databricks experience strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation or intelligent automation initiatives
  • Familiarity with AI governance, security, and compliance considerations
