This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist (CRM & Lead Conversion - Go High Level CRM) based in Netherlands.

In this role, you will oversee the complete lead management lifecycle, ensuring seamless CRM operations and optimizing conversion processes from initial enquiry to consultation scheduling. You will leverage your expertise in Go High Level (GHL) CRM to build efficient workflows, automate processes, and deliver actionable insights that improve sales performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help streamline operations, enhance client experiences, and support scalable growth initiatives. Accountabilities
  • Manage and optimize Go High Level (GHL) CRM workflows, including automation, tagging, custom pipelines, and integrations with external platforms.
  • Oversee the end-to-end lead conversion process, ensuring enquiries are effectively nurtured through consultation booking and follow-up.
  • Create and distribute newsletters and lead nurturing campaigns to engage existing and historical prospects.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to leads who have not scheduled consultations, assess qualification, and encourage conversion.
  • Coordinate AI-scheduled consultations, assign appointments to the appropriate team members, and monitor outcomes.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve CRM workflow issues by collaborating with internal teams and third-party support providers.
  • Track key sales and conversion metrics, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements to increase lead conversion and operational efficiency.
  • Support the onboarding of new team members by providing guidance on CRM workflows, processes, and best practices.
Requirements
  • 2-3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM Operations, Digital Marketing Support, or a similar operational role.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL) CRM, including workflow configuration, automation, tagging, and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, lead nurturing, conversion funnels, and consultation booking processes.
  • Experience with Practina or similar digital advertising and campaign management platforms is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret CRM data, generate reports, and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for both client-facing and internal interactions.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
  • Strong project management mindset with the ability to coordinate workflows and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable performing client outreach via email, SMS, and other communication channels.
  • Experience supporting service-based businesses such as legal, consulting, healthcare, or similar industries is considered an advantage.
