Key Responsibilities

• Client Assessments: Schedule and conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and psychological needs effectively.
• Treatment Planning: Develop and implement personalized treatment regimens based on the individual assessment, continually adjusting plans in response to clients' progress and feedback.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Conduct individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to address a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.
• Behavior Modelling: Teach clients adaptive behaviors and coping strategies through modeling and reinforcing positive interactions during sessions.
• Ongoing Monitoring: Regularly evaluate clients' adherence to treatment and perceptions of progress, making modifications to therapy techniques as necessary.
• Resource Coordination: Collaborate with other mental health professionals, and when appropriate, connect clients to additional resources that support their treatment and recovery.

As an LPC at Pro Plan Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse array of clients seeking support for various mental health challenges. Our clientele may include individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or trauma. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field is required.
• Current, valid licensure as a Professional Counselor in Arizona.
• Demonstrated prior experience in providing counseling services.

• A commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity in delivering services.
• Strong community engagement orientation to maximize client outcomes.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
