Harmony Hospice Care is seeking dependable, compassionate, and organized PRN & On-Call Nurses (RN or LVN) to join our team.
This is an opportunity for a nurse who believes in the heart of hospice care. Building meaningful relationships, supporting patients and families, and providing care with professionalism, consistency, and compassion.

The Role
  • Provide compassionate hospice care to patients in their homes, facilities, and surrounding communities
  • Support patients and families with professionalism, empathy, and consistency
  • Complete visits, documentation, and follow-up in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary hospice team that values communication and teamwork
  • Assist with routine visits, PRN visits, admissions support, or on-call support depending on experience and agency needs
