• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs through virtual consultations and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their specific goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote significant improvements in clients' mental health, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other social workers, to deliver holistic care that addresses all facets of a client's well-being.

• Provide psychoeducation and support to both clients and their families, helping them to understand mental health conditions and treatment processes.

• Stay informed on the latest mental health research, trends, and developments, integrating new knowledge into treatment methodologies to enhance client outcomes.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with clients facing challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Virginia.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating an ability to manage a caseload effectively.

• Proficiency in solution-focused and evidence-based psychotherapy interventions, with a track record of positive client outcomes.
