What You'll Do
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and target high-value prospects through research, networking, cold outreach, and referrals
- Develop and execute strategic acquisition plans tailored to specific industries or market segments
- Generate qualified leads and manage your own sales pipeline from prospecting to close
Client Engagement & Closing
- Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand prospect pain points and business needs
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that demonstrate clear ROI
- Negotiate contract terms and close new business deals
- Ensure smooth handoff to internal teams for client onboarding
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for account expansion
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery matches promises made during sales
Who You Are
Required:
- 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales engagement tools
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes
Preferred:
- Experience in the security industry—e.g., SaaS, consulting, professional services, marketing services
- Existing network or book of business in relevant market segments
- Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
