Are you a polished communicator who enjoys building relationships and helping clients find the right services?


Our client is seeking motivated professionals to join its growing client services team. Our client is a leading professional association for women, connecting and empowering members across industries, backgrounds, and geographic regions.


The organization receives thousands of client inquiries each week. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will follow up with prospective members, conduct brief qualifying interviews, explain available membership options, and assist qualified applicants with signing up.


Position Overview:


  • Location: Remote/work from home
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Contract


This is a phone-based client services and enrollment role. Successful candidates will be comfortable spending most of the workday speaking with prospective members.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Contact prospective clients and schedule appointments
  • Conduct brief qualifying interviews
  • Build rapport and develop professional client relationships
  • Explain product programs, services, and benefits
  • Guide qualified applicants through the enrollment process
  • Convert qualified prospects into clients using a consultative, soft-close approach
  • Follow up with current clients and maintain ongoing relationships
  • Provide responsive, professional service
  • Accurately manage daily leads and client communications


Qualifications:


  • At least two years of professional work experience
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
  • Professional, articulate, and confident phone presence
  • Excellent organization, focus, and time-management skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Compensation and Benefits:
