Please note: This is a fully remote position open to candidates located anywhere in the United States except for residents of Alaska, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington DC. Additionally, candidates in Ohio must reside at least 50 miles away from our Solon, OH office to be eligible.
Join an Award-Winning team at National Enterprise Systems!
Due to an abundance of high-quality work, National Enterprise Systems is seeking Private Student Loan Collectors to join our growing team. This is a remote position for driven, results-oriented professionals who have a minimum of 2 years of experience collecting on private student loan accounts.
If you have worked Private Student Loan portfolios and have a proven ability to negotiate and resolve delinquent balances, we want to hear from you.
What We Offer:
  • Base Pay: $17-20/hr. (based on experience) plus monthly performance bonuses with no earnings cap
  • Schedule: 3 days: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EDT, 2 days: 10:30 AM - 7:00PM EDT. Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities:
  • Contact individuals by phone to discuss and resolve past-due accounts
  • Use negotiation and customer service skills to find creative payment solutions
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions and outcomes
  • Ensure a high level of customer service while complying with all applicable regulations
  • Meet or exceed monthly goals and performance metrics

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience collecting on Private Student Loans (not federal loans)
  • Must have proper working environment
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Technical Requirements:
  • Equipment will be provided

Internet Connection Requirements:
Reliable, high-speed broadband internet connection with a wired or fiber-optic connection. Satellite, DSL, Fixed Wireless, or Cellular Home internet connections are not acceptable.
