Job description

  • Solid organizational and people skills to make sure our members have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure.
  • Must be professional , outgoing and positive.
  • Answer phones, schedule reservations and provide appropriate service
  • Able to work in a busy restaurant environment.
  • Help dining room staff by setting and clearing tables.
  • Managing restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations
  • Knowledge of the menu.
  • Take to-go orders
  • Reviews all reservations and communicates all special requests to managers, servers and kitchen to ensure prompt and courteous service
  • Check menus to ensure they are current, clean, plentiful
  • Perform side work or other reasonable duties assigned by management.
  • Maintains a clean and organized work area
