Restaurant Manager – Williams Island Club

Williams Island Club is seeking an experienced, service-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within our dynamic food and beverage outlets. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, team development, and delivering exceptional member experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise front-of-house restaurant operations.
  • Ensure exceptional service standards and member satisfaction.
  • Train, coach, and develop service staff.
  • Manage scheduling, labor costs, and daily staffing needs.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service execution.
  • Collaborate with culinary and leadership teams to execute special events and club programming.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all company standards.
  • Assist with inventory controls, ordering, and operational reporting.
