THE ROLE:


We are seeking a Line Cook to support daily production with a focus on consistency,

organization, and efficiency. This is a high-volume, production-driven role responsible for executing prep lists accurately and on time. You will be expected to maintain clean, organized work habits, follow systems closely, and produce consistent, high-quality product across all areas of the kitchen.

This position is primarily focused on prep, with the flexibility to support service when needed. Responsibilities may include a range of tasks such as vegetable prep, basic

butchery, sauce and stock production, and general kitchen support depending on the needs of the day.

The prep team plays a critical role in setting up the foundation for each day, ensuring the kitchen is fully prepared for both lunch and dinner operations. Success in this role comes from strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to stay focused and efficient throughout the shift.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1+ year of kitchen experience preferred Basic knife skills and understanding of kitchen organization
  • Ability to follow prep lists and recipes with accuracy
  • Comfortable working across different areas of the kitchen as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Willingness to learn and improve over time

This role requires a high level of accountability. You will be expected to show up prepared, maintain standards and contribute positively to the team.
