In this role, you will apply your experience in complex litigation and transactional matters to review legal documents, analyze sophisticated scenarios, draft contractual provisions, and provide structured legal feedback.

The ideal candidate combines strong experience in M&A, private equity, capital markets, contract drafting, and data privacy with exceptional legal research, analytical reasoning, and written communication skills.

No prior AI experience is required—your legal expertise, practical judgment, and ability to analyze complex legal matters are what matter most.

Scope of Work
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate complex litigation and transactional documents, including agreements involving M&A, private equity, and capital markets.
  • Draft sample agreements, contractual provisions, and legal clauses based on sophisticated transactional scenarios.
  • Analyze legal scenarios and provide structured commentary to support AI model training and evaluation.
