The Growth team is central to this transformation, managing a multi-million-dollar marketing budget and scaling a high-performance acquisition engine.

Role Overview

GarageCo is hiring a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to lead and scale acquisition, lifecycle, and analytics efforts across the full funnel.

This is a highly analytical, strategic role focused on:

  • End-to-end funnel optimization
  • Unit economics (ROAS, CAC, conversion rates)
  • Scaling growth channels

This is not just an ad management roleyoull own strategy, execution, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize full-funnel performance (acquisition conversion retention)
  • Build and scale growth programs tied to revenue, profitability, and unit economics
  • Launch and expand new channels (affiliates, referrals, direct mail, print, streaming TV, etc.)
  • Manage agencies across paid, organic, and awareness channels
  • Identify conversion bottlenecks and run data-driven experiments
  • Own reporting and analytics (ROAS, CAC, conversion rates)
  • Improve attribution, tracking (UTMs), and measurement frameworks
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Ops, and Tech
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new market launches (GBP, LSA, etc.)
